		<description><![CDATA[I agree that the top leadership must drive the training and development of its workforce to adapt to current and future circumstances. In most of the mid sized organizations that have failed to become the biggies, the reason seems to have been the lack of initiative from the top management to enhance the competencies of their workforce. This complacency now seems to be wearing off and companies of all sizes and shapes are taking training seriously, and huge investments in the form of learning centers, consultants being engaged etc is being witnessed. As mentioned here, the better half seems yet to come.]]></description>
