The river branches out!
After having spent more than a year deliberating and writing on Talent and its impact on organisational success, I intend to branch out into other paradigms of business and write about my learnings and observations. This I believe will bring a holistic view to the way things are thought and will undoubtedly help in growing a pragmatic perspective of the way we work.
